Below we present the answers to frequently asked questions related to staying in our facility.
- Is there a minimum number of days I can come to you?
The minimum stay in Zales is two days but it generally depends on the content of the package. If you want to come to us find the best package for you or ask for help from our 24h reception, we will gladly advise.
- Is it possible to stay with pets?
Yes, we accept small pets (dogs, cats) up to 40 cm at the withers. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the rules of stay of animals
- What does payment for children look like?
Payment for children depends on their age, number, chosen room and type of offer. We recommend that you read the details of the family package
- Is there an a la carte restaurant?
We do not have an a la carte restaurant but in each of our packages we offer full board (3 meals per day) or our special formula Food All Inclusive (as part of special packages such as holidays, holidays, New Year's Eve, holidays etc. ). All meals are served to guests in the form of extensive buffets at certain times of the day. Some of the meals on selected days are additionally served in the Live Cooking formula.
- Do you offer fewer attractions outside the high season?
We offer the same number of attractions throughout the year. Of course, there are seasonal attractions such as the beach with lifeguard during the holidays. Thanks to the extensive infrastructure of indoor attractions (800m2) we are prepared for any weather: swimming pool, gym, climbing wall, sand room, Bajkolandia, animation zone and much more. A detailed list of attractions available during your stay is included in each package.
- What is the price of the stay?
The price of the stay depends on the current package, family structure, length of stay and the room you want to book.
- Is the beach guarded by a lifeguard?
The beach is guarded during the holiday period – every day except Saturday (change of shifts).
- How often do children’s activities take place?
Depending on the current package, standard animation classes take place 2 or 3 times a day, 365 days a year. In addition, there are also other attractions such as an illusionist show, a puppet show, etc.
- Can animals at Mini Zoo be fed on their own?
Feeding the animals is one of the items on the program of our animations and takes place only under the supervision of our animators. Our animals are fed systematically, so please do not feed them on their own. Because of their welfare, our pooches are fed only hay, they must not be fed on their own.
- What attractions do you offer for adults?
Adults can take advantage of active classes with fitness coaches (Nordic Walking, Aqua Aerobics, fitness classes). A professionally equipped fitness room is also available. We invite you to visit our SPA&Wellness area and enjoy a wide range of spa treatments. We offer a Drink Bar and Lobby Bar and there is a special Relaxation Zone in which children do not have access.
- Is there an elevator in every building?
The elevator is located in part B of the complex. You can get to the rooms located in this part and part F. You can also take the lift to the pool area. Part A (in which there is a ground floor and 1st floor) is not equipped with an elevator.
- The attractions in the price of the stay are very much. Is there anything I need to pay extra for?
In addition, rentals – water equipment or tourist bicycles – are available. An additional price list is also valid for the purchase of SPA treatments and purchases made in the drink bar.
- Is the climbing wall open every day?
The climbing wall is open during designated hours because it is supervised by our instructors. Therefore, the reception keeps records for this attraction.
- On what days can you meet the dwarf Zalesie?
Krasnal Forest appears unexpectedly. He can often be found on our sidewalks.
- What kind of kitchen do you offer?
Our kitchen is very homely. Most of it is typical Polish cuisine, but we also have themed dinners (e. g. World Cuisine, Warmi Kitchen) which are very varied. In addition, on selected days we offer Live Cooking with a selection of dishes from all over the world. We bake our own breads, bake and smoke our own sausages.
- Is it true that coffee is available for free all day?
Yes, in our Lobby Bar area you can enjoy high-quality coffee from an espresso machine throughout the day.
- Is it possible to attend active classes without registration?
Yes, if there are still free seats available. Due to their limited number, we advise to take advantage of earlier entries at the reception.
- Do you offer meals for people with special nutritional needs?
In the case of a standard stay with a traditional menu in a situation where there is a need to serve dairy-free or gluten-free dishes, etc. , we offer this option but only by eliminating the allergen. So if the soup is bleached we do not bleach the soup, if the chop is fried in a basket we do not add flour or grated bun and serve the meal individually. We do not work on products that are gluten-free e. g. special breads, flours, etc.
- Do you need to bring your sleds in winter?
There is no such need, we have a wide selection of this type of equipment on site. Our guests can rent sleds free of charge.
- Do you organize kayaking?
Yes, but only during the holiday season
- Are the car park and the property guarded?
No.
- Is parking paid?
Parking spaces in front of the property are free of charge.
- Is the travel cot for a toddler with a set of bed linen and a towel?
A fully equipped cot is prepared for FREE upon arrival of guests to the room upon prior request.
- Can you get a potty, a toilet seat, a bath for the room?
At the reception you can rent all necessary "accessories" for children. These are e. g. pots, covers, bathtubs but also bottle warmers or electronic babysitters.
- Are there towels for the beach?
We provide towels for the pool and towels in the bathroom. Guests can use their own private towels at the beach.
- Are sun loungers on the beach paid?
Sun loungers on the beach are not extra charged.
- Is the child under the care of a parent during the animations?
During the animation, the child remains under the care of the Parents, often due to their family nature. The Baby Club and Mini Club are available daily from 9:00-14:00 and 15:00-21:00 (total of 11 hours a day)
- Can I bring my bicycles?
Of course you can take your bikes. However, remember to bring your own fasteners. We do not have a closed room for storing bicycles. We also offer rental of our touring bikes equipped with child seats and caravans for children. We also have a selection of children's bicycles adapted to different ages.
- What are the meal times>
Breakfast: 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM
Lunch: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Dinner: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- What time does hotel night start and what time does it end?
The day for family packages starts at 16. 00 and for weight loss packages at 16. 00 hrs. 2:00. The holiday package starts at 17. 00.
Day for all packages ends at 11. 00.
- Are caps on the pool required?
We do not require guests to wear caps on the pool
- Is there air conditioning?
There is no air conditioning in the rooms. It is in selected common areas (dining room, restaurants or lobby bar).
