1. The basic condition for admitting an animal in Zalesie Mazury is a prior notification of a guest arriving with an animal at the time of booking. This is due to the limited number of rooms for staying with pets.
2. Only domestic animals are allowed in Zalesie Mazury. The resort in particular may refuse to accept animals commonly regarded as dangerous or aggressive, including: reptiles, arachnids and dogs of the breeds: American Pit Bull Terrier, Ca de Bou, American Bulldog, Argentine Dog, Perro de Presa Canario, Tosa, Rottweiler, Akbash Dog, Anatolian Karabash, Moscow Watchdog, Caucasian Shepherd Dog (Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 28 April 2003 on the list of breeds of dogs considered aggressive).
3. In the absence of prior information about coming with an animal, Zalesie Mazury may not provide free room and refuse to allow for a stay of a pet.
4. If you do not report your stay with an animal, Zalesie Mazury may refuse accommodation and return the deposit paid.
5. In Zalesie Mazury, no sick animals are allowed. The basic condition for an animal to stay in Zalesie Mazury is to present its health book with current vaccinations and a certificate of deworming.
6. For the sake of general safety, pets should have a leash, collar, muzzle, cage - depending on the species of animal.
7. The animal must have its own bed and feeding accessories.
8. Animals may stay in Zalesie Mazury only in designated areas, but in particular it is forbidden to introduce animals to the swimming pool, restaurant, playroom, playgrounds and beach area (except guide dogs).
9. The fee for an animal stay is 90PLN per day.
10. The animal staying in the area of Zalesie Mazury cannot disturb other guests staying on the premises. Please make sure that your pet does not make noise particularly at night.
11. The animal cannot be left alone in the room.
12. In the case of repeated complaints from other guests, we reserve the right to remove the animal from the resort at the expense of its owner.
13. Should the employees of the hotel have reasonable suspicions that the animal left in the room disturbs the stay of other guests, destroys the property, or may cause a threat to itself or other guests, the Zalesie Mazury management will try to contact the owner to solve the problem. Should the contact ibempossible, Zalesie Mazury reserves the right for the staff to enter the guest room also with the help of appropriate services and remove the animal from the resort. All costs resulting from the above activities are covered by the owner of the animal.
14. The owner of the animal is obliged to clean up after their pets, both the room, public areas as well as the area surrounding Zalesie Mazury. Please clean up after your pet (handbags are available at reception).
15. Please do not let dogs lie on beds and sofas.
16. Cat owners must have a sand box and empty it into a plastic bag which will then be disposed of in the container indicated by the hotel staff.
17. Cleaning the room in which the animal is staying is only carried out during the presence of the owner. Please contact the Reception in order to arrange the cleaning time.
18. The owner of the animal is liable for any damage and pollution caused by their animal and is obliged to cover the costs of any damage.
19. All damages to the property of Zalesie Mazury or other guests caused by animals will be valued by the General Manager of Zalesie Mazury, and their costs will be borne by the owners of the animals.
20. The animal must be supervised throughout the stay in Zalesie Mazury.
21. Dogs must be walked on a leash and wearing a muzzle, under the care of the owner or an authorized person.
22. The guests arriving with animals must confirm having made themselves acquainted with these regulations in writing.
